Lucky Group believes in honoring workers’ rights, such as one’s freedom, job opportunities, and health maintenance. WIth these factors in hand, the overall performance of the company can improve drastically. Most importantly, Lucky Group follows the legal factory system. We do not force employees to work over their required work hours and ban child labor. With a balanced and healthy life, our workers are happy and willing to work at our company.

Furthermore, In order to maintain the workers’ physical and mental health, Lucky offers a periodic medical examination. Environmental Awareness

Today, thousands of companies and factories have produced an abundance of air and water pollution. Lucky is aware of the damages and thus limits their factories’ VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) production. Moreover, we intend to control water reduction and disposal, energy management, and the VOCs emissions into the air. To restore the friendly environment, Lucky Group follows their very own STAR (start, test, adjust, revamp) structure. Overall, we want our customers to recognize Lucky as a well-rounded company that is attentive and supportive of the surrounding social and environmental issues. Our final aim is to limit the use of water and energy as well as restricting the amount of waste we produce.
